Shipping and Orders

Shipping:
  • We ship worldwide.
  • We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $200 and all orders are shipped via Australia Post (domestic orders less than $200 will be charged a $10 flat rate for shipping).
  • If you would like your domestic order to be shipped express we charge $15 for shipping.
  • Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday - Friday. Please allow 2 business days for your item to be packed and fulfilled. You will receive an email with tracing details once the order is shipped. During sale times and busy periods there may be slight delays however we aim to have your orders dispatched within 3-4 days.
  • Curbside valet available - please call us on 0409 100 209 and allow half an hour during business hours. 
  • Contactless local delivery available - please call us on 0409 100 209.
  • Click and Collect during business hours please call us on 0409 100 209 to arrange a time to collect your order.

 International Shipping:

    • We offer free shipping to New Zealand for all orders over $250 (orders less than $250 will be charged a $15 shipping fee).
    • We charge a $20 flat rate on all orders to the rest of the world
    • If you return an item for change of mind we will however adjust the store credit to reflect all shipping costs

    Returns and Exchanges:

    • If you change your mind about your purchase or order the wrong size, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for the purchase amount but we do not offer a refund. Please contact us before you purchase should you need any further details or measurements. 
    • Credit notes / exchanges of full priced items will only be issued on items that are shipped back to us within 7 days of the day you received your order.
    • All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which we will provide when you email hello@shoptheshypony.com.au.
    • A store credit will be less any shipping cost we have incurred and if we are to send a new item the shipping is at the customers expense.
    • All items being returned must have original tags attached (this includes original and undamaged shoeboxes for footwear).
    • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    • Please do not send without an RAN as your return will not be processed.
    • Our returns policy is in accordance with the law.
    • Please note that any purchases made on the 'Sale Page' as well as any earrings, swimwear or lingerie cannot be returned unless they are faulty as required by law.

    COVID-19:

    • Australia Post, international and local couriers are all still experiencing some delivery delays. Some items are taking up to 10 business days to reach their destination.
      • Please include a contact phone number so you receive your tracking number from Australia Post. 
      • Please keep delivery delays in mind as we do not offer a refund for longer than expected wait times that are beyond our control. 

     Pre Sale Orders:

    • Pre sale items are non refundable as we have ordered these items and allocated them to you to secure your purchase.
    • We will happily exchange or offer a store credit note should you wish to return your presale item.
    • Delivery will be in a 7 day window either side of your item arriving. We cannot take responsibility for any delays that are out of our control.

      Lay-buy: 

      • Please call us on 0409 100 209 if you wish to make a lay-buy on a full priced or pre sale item.
      • Our lay-buy terms are 50% deposit, 3 weeks lay-buy only.
